Consultation is divided in two parts: first part is diagnostic and consists of ayurvedic examination of pulse and body (tongue, skin, eyes, nails, etc), and of detailed talk about physiological functions of the body, eating and living habits of client.

Second part is dedicated to therapeutical instructions regarding food choice (adjusted to individual ayurvedic constitution), eating habits, appropriate physical exercise, techniques of relaxation and/or meditation, as well as to healing approach to possible existing illnesses.

Consultation lasts about two hours.
