Regular meditative practice will begin from Thursday, 17. november 2011, and will take place regularly every Thursday from 19.15 – 20.45 in Hortus Vitae center. This regular meditation practice is open to all, regardless of meditative experience, who feel inclination towards this kind of practice, and posess stable minds. With those regular meetings a possibility is offered to those, who wish to enter into meditative experience and practice (as a scientific approach to work with the human mind), and in the same time a support is given to collective spiritual impulse of humanity. We announce second one-week summer camp „Yoga & Meditation“ in July 2012. Central focus will be on regular yoga practice – this year with some more stress on pranayama (breathing exercises), bandhas and mudras, and meditaion practice. After morning practice, there will be held one lecture a day – on chosen esoteric topics, as karma, reincarnation, death process, kingdoms of nature....
